Over the past three decades, she has spoken and presented at numerous commercial real estate industry events as well as local colleges and universities. Ms. Koeller has prepared and performed valuations and market analyses on a broad range of properties that include market-rate and subsidized multifamily housing, single and multi-tenant industrial facilities, low-to-high rise office buildings, mixed-use facilities, shopping centers, single-tenant and net-leased retail properties, restaurants, as well as vacant land for a multitude of uses.
Additionally, Ms. Koeller has performed specialized real estate valuations and market studies on hotels, resorts, marinas, auto dealerships, theaters, self-storage facilities, convenience stores, truck stop/travel centers, grain elevators, medical office properties, seniors housing facilities, manufactured housing communities, and residential land subdivisions. She has also performed numerous HUD MAP valuations and market studies.

Prior to joining SumSet Valuation Group, Mr. Kelley worked for two national firms, specializing in tax credit and HUD financed properties. Before entering the appraisal field, Mr. Kelley had a nearly twenty-year career in commercial lending. While working as a Commercial Appraisal Specialist at a regional bank, he established commercial appraisal management functions, implemented appraisal systems, and performed real estate evaluations while earning his initial appraisal license. He also worked for a decade as a credit analyst.
